Measure your band
With your bra on tightly wrap a tape measure just below your bra band keeping it level. Round up to the nearest half inch.
No measuring tape? Use a string, shoelace or ribbon and line it up to a ruler to measure.

Measure your cup
Wrap the tape around the fullest point of your bust and do not tighten. Round up to the nearest inch.
