Are all products eligible for Curbside Pickup?
No. Eligibility for Curbside Pickup is only available at participating store locations and depends on the store's inventory and product assortment. Specific sizes, styles, and colors change frequently so check back often or see if the item you love is available at another pickup location or through online delivery.
How do I know if my item is available for pickup at store?
On the product page, select your desired color and size, then click on the “FREE - Pickup at Store” option, and enter your City, State or Zip Code. The closest participating store will display with the item’s availability. If you see Unavailable or No Stores Found click the link to “Find Another Store” for more store options.
How do I save my favorite store?
Click on the “Find a Store” or “Find Another Store” link. Then click on the “Save as My Store” location icon to the right. It will change to a heart with My Store. You will now be able to shop on all pages without searching for another store. If you are a registered user, please sign-in and we will save your store to your account settings permanently.
Why isn't Curbside Pickup available at my store?
Curbside Pickup is available for a limited time only at participating stores. Our participating stores may change from time to time, so please visit Find A Store for availability.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup locations vary by store. When your order is ready our store associate will call you and give you details on the specific pickup location. Please do not come to the store without speaking to your store associate first.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes! You can designate an alternate person to pick up your order during the checkout process. Please ensure the name you enter at checkout matches their government-issued ID. We will notify you when your order is ready.
What do I do when I arrive at the store?
When you arrive at the store, follow the store associate's instructions for where to park. Call the store to let them know you've arrived and provide your name and the order number. Please be ready to show your valid photo ID and the pickup email through your car window. The email can be printed or shown on a mobile device. Our associate will then place your order in the trunk or the back seat of your vehicle while maintaining social distancing.
How long will the store hold my order?
We will happily hold your order for 7 days, starting the day your order was processed. If your order isn't picked up in 7 days, we will cancel your order and you will not be charged for the order. If you need us to hold your order for more than 7 days , please contact your pickup store to arrange for us to hold your order longer.
What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my items?
You or your alternate pickup person must bring a valid government-issued ID and the order confirmation email.
How do I return something from a Curbside Pickup order?
We cannot process returns through Curbside Pickup. If you would like to return any items from your order, you may return them by mail or in any open stores within 120 days of purchase. Please see our Return Policy for full details or call Customer Support at 866.768.7662.
Can I cancel my order?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, when you arrive for curbside pickup, notify your associate and they can process an order cancellation while you wait. Please note that orders begin processing immediately after your order is placed, and it may not be possible to cancel the order until it is ready for pickup. If you need to cancel immediately after you place your order, please call Customer Support at 866.768.7662.
