This is SmartGift! We are a service that helps you give the perfect gift, every time.

How does it work?

It’s easy! You want to give the best gift and by sending it with SmartGift, the recipient can to make it perfect, all before any payment is made. We offer them – the recipient – the ability to personalize your gift’s color or size, exchange for a same or lesser valued item, or accept the original gift you sent as is.

When do I pay?

After the recipient accepts their ideal gift, you will be notified via email that your gift is ready for payment. You will never be charged for using this SmartGift service.

So they can't exchange for a really expensive item, right?

Correct! If the gift recipient decides to exchange your gift, they will only be able to select from equal or lesser valued items.
