When we at Soma heard that bras were the most needed, yet least donated item of clothing for women, we knew we had to help. That's why five years ago we began the Soma Bra Donation. To date, we have collected approximately #OneMillionBras to support women in need.

Bras collected are distributed to local shelters affiliated with the National Network to End Domestic Violence. We are proud to partner with NNEDV, the leading voice for survivors of domestic violence, representing more than 2,000 shelter programs in the United States. One in every four women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime, and each year, more than 4 million women stay in domestic violence shelters, often arriving with only the clothes on their backs. Your monetary donation will go directly to the NNEDV to support survivors through shelter and housing, violence prevention and advocacy, Internet safety and economic empowerment.
